Aluminum Honeycomb Core

Aluminum Honeycomb Core is the basic and key material we extrude and expand before producing Aluminum Honeycomb Panel. Raw material adopts the anticorrosion aluminum alloy 3003 H19.The unit cell appears in hexagon which has been acknowledged as the most stable shape which makes the core light in weight but high stiffness.Alu foil for core are from 0.03-0.1mm.The core height can be chosen between 4-100mm.And the core diameter varies from 5-26mm.
